On my 6th job in my current save. Reasons I left the previous jobs:
job 1: got the sack
job 2: got the sack
job 3: got the sack
job 4: could hop on to a much more prestigious club
job 5: after achieving pretty much what was possible I looked for a new LLM club

Got fired at my last job in Fm06.
In FM05 I'm just aiming at winning titles and cups in every country I have running. So when I won a title I was aiming for, let's say the EPL, I'll resign and apply somewhere else. Planning to keep oing until I'm #1 in the world.
Or I'm just sacking other managers by stating I'm intrested in their jobs. That's how I got my last two clubs (Sligo and Port Vale).
Question for guys who crawled back to LLM clubs after being "succesfull" with big(ger) clubs: what kind of contracts does the LLM club offer you? Still the usual or does it grow into 5 or even 6 figures?

I always jump before I am pushed. I look around when my boards confidence in me is zero! Rahter that than a sacking against my name!!
Couple of times I have jumped ship though I did regret it. As I always did worse at the new club!

If I'm doing badly I tend to end up getting the sack before I even get the chance to resign or think of applying anywhere else.
If I'm doing well and another club job's become available I'm interested in I just tend to go to the board with an ultimatum (usually improving the stadium). If they want me they'll accept otherwise it leaves me free to move on without feeling guilty.

Every CM/FM prior to 2006 I've taken charge of my beloved (yet rubbish) Dundee United but FM05 was the first time I've ever gotten completely fed up of playing the same 11 clubs 3-4 times a season so in FM05 I'm giving the English leagues a shot.

i've currently spent 10 seasons taking Northwich Vics from Conference North to League One. but they dont own their ground, we have a capacity of 2500, and current wages means that we are currently losing anywhere bewteen 50k and 100k a month. i honestly dont think its possible to take the Vic's any further, i'm gonna give it another few seasons, but if i make no headway i am going to have to leave. which i s areal shame, because i wanted to tak ethem all the way, but with the financial restraints, thats going to be pretty impossible i think

usually dont move jobs until i have done everything possible with a club. generally once i win the cl or just the prem loads of times in a row. would then normally start a game as another team instead of switching jobs though. dont like the idea of changing clubs to make my way to the prem, refer more to take my awful side all the way myself.
