I play with the belgian leagues and with the dutch premier leage and with english first devision.
my current team is; "Blackburn rovers" I started with coaching a 3rd division team in belgium "willebroek" went to "Geel" then Antwerp" to end up with "Genk" then I moved to holland, trained Ajax for a year, wanted a new relegation chalange and went to Blackburn... they were last when I came ( prem league) now they are mid table.

So if you also play a game where you are in charge of Club Brugge at the start, you aren't LLM.
You can't turn it on and off. You either are or aren't. In your case, aren't is the correct description.
