I think I can answer the question ManUman17 is asking. It's quite simple really. The sort of players he should be looking for are the sort that would consider playing in his league. Some 16/17 will want to. Most won't. Some 30 year olds will. Most won't. That is what being a manager is about. You have to work it out....

Yup, it happens here as well. Seeing as I'm considered nothing short of a pedant when it comes to greek grammar and such, it annoys the heck out of me.
