I started with Halifax in the Con.Nat.

2 seasons later, I'm in League One, and halfway through, I'm in first place. sounds great, except I think I'm growing too fast... I've certainly got one of the better teams in L1, but most of my players are young, and in need of at least another season of, uh, seasoning.

I was actually thinking that I'd be happy to stay around the middle of the league this season, but I have yet to lose a game (for some reason, injuries are way down from last season, as well.

what should I do? should I put in lesser players, and really focus on development, or should I keep going for the premiership in 2 more seasons? what are you experiences?

Here is what I would do...

You should play Leonardo DiCaprio as a Striker since he is a small quick kid. Put Kirk Cameron in as your keeper tall guy with long arms. Put everyone else on defense because the rest of your team is going to suck.

does it sound like I'm trying to brag or something? I'm asking what's going to happen to my young team if it get's promoted to soon...

or did I make the mistake of thinking that ConNat is a LL? am I only allowed to start with a team that can't afford any reserve players?
