Hey Hipcheck,

Check out the forum rules - basically, this place is for discussion - but definitely not tipping. There are numerous reasons why this is the case. You'll be very welcome here if you read and stick to the rules - but so many people come in here without reading and take the mickey that the regulars tend to get a bit sick of it - hence the response.

People's opinions on your problem vary - some would say that the best way to develop players is to keep moving up levels. Some would say you can burn them out, too, if you overplay them. Only you're really going to know that, though, so as someone else said - blaze your own trail!
