As for moving up to the top flight in any particular country, that is perfectly acceptable, as long as you started off with a club in the lowest playable league in that country.

Wes have a read of the forum headers. LLM is not about picking a team from the lowest division whacking in some supertactis and watching them rise through the divisions.
