I have recently, on several occasions, gave myself a dead leg out of sheer frustration at throwing away a 2 goal lead with 10 minutes to go. I find inflicting phsysical pain in this manner prevents me from breaking my computer and momentarily takes my mind off my teams performance. Does anyone else indulge in similar activities when it all goes wrong?

You should see someone if you feel the urge to mutilate yourself.

Agreed, but be careful about who you choose to see. There are some truly awful and dangerous 'helping professioanls' out there.

Next time, might I suggest flinging your mouse at a wall.A new mouse costs as little as £5. The walk (short or long) to your nearest computer shop will, in addition to giving you some exercise, also give you the time to calm down somewhat.
