Stevenage signed a young Aston Villa player for £3million at start of 3rd season and they did not have to sell any players! They still languishing in mid table of Conf National.

That's insane for a ECN team.

I'm guessing (hoping) even AI teams are following the rules so maybe this transfer includes a lot of things like "if scores xx goals" or "pays x per month for like 1000 years"
