I've seen the same thing. I get an offer from Cannes of nearly 2M euros for my striker while I'm playing in the National division in France. I looked at the offer and it was for something like 12K upfront plus 250K over 24 months plus a couple huge bonuses for a national team appearance and for scoring 40 league goals. There should haved been an "Do I look like the AI?" radio button to respond to that one.

The transfer can only go through if the club has the money, though. Although the AI does make some utterly stupid bids. Had Fiorentina bid for my best player. Despite their status being 'Rich', the best they could come up with was £325k up-front and £2.3m over 48 months. Bloody cheapskates.
