He said in his first post here that the wagebill was 22k a week. And he sold a few players for good amounts of money, so he has the finances to pay them all.

Nuneaton's young guns rise up the leagues Post #12
I can't be bothered counting the number of players in my team at the moment, but it's probably not far from 100.
If memory serves, Nuneaton have a reasonably-sized stadium, so if the attendances are good, there's every likelihood he can afford that many (although I'm assuming a fair number are part-timers).

IRL Nuneaton's current average attendance is about 850 (so to hear talk of a lowest played attendance of 968 in Conf North is laughable), and they also have bugger all money to speak of (like everyone else at that level) so to start with £200K in the bank and a £10K transfer budget ruins any notion of realism.
Time to have a word in the ear of the non-league data researcher again ...

That's 148 of a difference.
Close now, SI, before you look any more ridiculous.
Utterly pointless post IMHO.
If I consdier TomPashby88's more considered reply he had an avg gate of 1100 and he finished 17th. Nuneaton are currently SECOND IRL and average 850.
I think you will find Nuneaton's attendances are considerably inflated (in % terms) due to a data issue in the club file where the average attendance is given as 1800-odd.
