Look... (your posts are starting to sound a little petulant, btw, whereas mine are patient - like as if I was trying to explain something to a child, coincidentally).

Quote:
First season in there, I decided to focus a LOT on the under 18 team while trying to get some press release for my costy players so I could sell them by the end of the season.
This is a tip. No question.

Quote:
I brought up the most promising youngsters and had coaches with special training for each of them.
Another one.

Quote:
Overall, I focused on youngsters (not that I could do anything else though) and it's been working ok.
Although not exactly a tip, this could be considered 'advice', because as you state it worked 'ok' for you.

Quote:
So stop using the "mod ban" thing because you think I rattle your cage a bit.
I didn't say you rattle my cage, nor did I threaten you with a mod ban - I've just seen how mods treat posters who display an attitude like yours.

Quote:
I don't like "push me, push you" games, so just drop the fixation and move on.
No one's pushing you. Just explaining to you how things work. You keep saying you want to play by the rules, but you go on the defensive whenever you are told that you are breaking or are close to breaking them. Before you reply, have a little think about the environment you're posting in. If you like it hostile then may I suggest you post in GQ or OTF - you'll have a grand old time there.

Oh, sorry if I'm a bit cranky. Just feels like I walked into a nice pub only to be chased around the block by couple of old drunken farts waving baseball bats at me because I wasn't wearing West Ham Utd tee-shirt...

Now if posting your experience as a Lower League manager, without giving any names or "do this, do that" but pointing out what you are trying out on your side because you are having the same problem as the OP is "tipping", well then...

...I guess we're all gonna be stuck with "I can't quit smoking" and "I beat myself to death when I lose a game" threads

I like your style  Don't worry about the welsh poof (Elrawkum) he's been through the ringer as you are now and came out the other side.

Just stay the hell away from TTT and GPG and you'll be fine. It seems visiting tipping fora is currently being targeted by the LLaMa police :police:
