Default The poxy Local Council trouble...
I have took Rotherham from then lower league 2 to the dizzy heights of mid table Championship. I am now starting to lose alot of money due to wages and the like.
I figured an easy way to make more money would be to expand our stadium as it has a great big capacity of 9800. To my surprise the stingy board allowed this but when it was due to go through RCC (Rotherham County Council) would not allow it.
Does this mean they will never ever allow me to expand?
Could anyone answer this before i decide to cut my losses and bugger off to Bolton.
