Hey all, this is my first LLM attempt AND my first ever post on the forum! (Love the job you guys are all doing)

I've decided to start all possible leagues from N Ireland, Spain and Portugal - loading all players from those 3 nations and all players from UK and Ireland.

Being from Northern Ireland, I've decided to try my hand at the second division in this country. Ive taken over as manager of the mighty Queens University Belfast! 3 of my mates play for the club and this also happens to be my old university.

I have no money to spend and the chairman wants me to achieve a respectable position in this division at the end of a 3 year plan! My wages at the minute are £1000 a week, and the board want me to reduce to £500 a week.

It's gonna be a tough year!!
