how do get from Semi professional to Professional

Just wondering how do you get from semi-professional to Professional. Do you have to get your football team to Division two

More worried about when my board is going to take the jump from Amateur to Semi-pro myself.

Once you enter the league division two in the english league the team MUST become a professional outfit so i guess that this happens automatically.

INCORRECT...........I was fiddling around with the editor a few months ago and gave Barrow (non league) $150m and they stayed semi professional so it has nothing to do with the money.
