but I am too lazy to search for it.

I currently have the PC version and am considering getting a PSP just so I can play FM on the train to and from work.

Is it worth it? What are the major differences between the two versions?

definitely worth it. the handheld version is a scaled down version of it's PC big brother. the benefit of this is that you can go through seasons a lot faster.

it plays more like an older version of the series. kinda feels like its from the cm3 series.

I was unsure of buying it and decided to just use the editor and update FMH07 myself in which I still have a whirl on occasionally. Yet the new game is fantastic, few tweaks here and there if I'm going to nitpick but simply addictive.
