My CD Drive has broken.

Can i download FM 08 from the UK?

If so where from and how much?

Sorry, digital downloads are only available to people in North America.

Instead of buying the game, I'd recommend buying a CD drive. Second-hand ones can be picked up pretty cheaply.

It would have to be a USB one for Laptop tho,and then have to buy the game as well.

why America only,it doesn't make sense.
I would have thought that it would be made as available as possible?

Why not just take your laptop for repair? It shouldn't cost that much surely?
