Let me get this straight? The board made you sell him because the offer was too good to refuse, then they let you buy him back for the same money - making themselves look like complete turds.
Just another reason why this so-called "simulation" is about as realistic as a cow jumping over the moon.

That has been a standard problem throughout FM07. My Greenock Morton board constantly intercepted bids from Premier League clubs for my players, resulting in us having a £50 million bank balance. I was tee'd off at it because I wanted to keep the players instead of a Swiss Bank full of cash, but the stupid thing was that I had 100% of the money put into my transfer kitty.
So they don't trust me to decide for myself about selling a player for £10 million, but they are quite happy to let me go out and spend that money on any old player once they've sold him! </BLOCKQUOTE>
I guess its because they assume you will buy an equally talented player but for less money! </BLOCKQUOTE>
Pfft! They shouldn't go assuming things! If they want that then they should just give me £5 million onto my transfer kitty. As it is I've only spent ~£7 mill of that £50 mill they swept up from transfers anyway.
