I am wondering what are the main attributes you should look for when searching for a assistant manager...i know the coaches' attributes (i have 7 stars in training using one coach per training category)
I keep my assistant manager working on tactics only.

My problem is that due to his reputation, he isn't planning on renewing his contract (no cash ) so i want to search for another only I don't know what attributes are most important.Can you guys help me ? thanks

Tactical Knowledge and Man Management are probably uor main 2 attributes but just generally high attributes all over to be honest. He is the guy that controls your team from the touchline if you get a touchline ban etc.
