Could somebody please post an idiots guide on how to get a player to tutor another?

pick a youth player you want tutotred.

select the option to talk to the player, can't remember what its actually called but its the bit where you can have a go at them or praise them.

at the bottom you will have an option to link him to other players in his position. pick a player and go.

you should always check their personalities, eg determined, ambitious, light-hearted, etc. the tutor and student should always have similar personalities.

also, look in coach reports and sometimes it will say near the bottom, x may benefit from being tutored by y

just go by coach reccomendations. theyre rarely wrong in my experience

Be careful though. 3 players wanted to quit my club because of it.
