When I am playing the Beta version, I get the feeling that I don't have the money to buy the squad that I wanted. If SI could make it possible that clubs get in contact fictive shirtsponsors and advertisers with billboards, then my bankaccount should go up...Or am I pushing it here?

think of fm as pro evo, class game but will never have the power/money to waste on getting the rights for teams let alone sponsors! would be soo much better tho, i played fifa demo and i liked some parrts of the designing stadium etc, but then again, how much does a football manager change the designs of the new stadium....none

Won't ever happen as this type of thing is usually handled by the board anyway.

What I would like to see though is the ability of the board to be able to cancel current sponsorship deals if your team does well and moves up through the divisions. It is not unheard of for a lower league team to go to the PL but still be on the same low value sposnsorship deal they had in league two in the game. Have experienced it myself and it's a big game killer.

Been there didn't like it. A deal might be a deal but they should negotiate it so that the fee increases or decrease with some percentage each season. If you do well the increase should be bigger and if you do really badly it should decrease. If you do as expected you should get a small increase or stay at the same deal. If you overachieve maybe get an increase as it might put some media light on the team.

Not sure what would be easier to get to work but a long sponsorshipdeal that moves with you up in divisions are a horrible thing to deal with.
