Is this true. If so seems like a way of geting round any dis agreements. It's kind of like the friendly element where as a team in dire financial trouble's in the lower leagues, you could get all of the majuor B sides to come and play you, and boost your bank balance with a nice healthy crowd.

it worked for me in these situations:
my sub GK was unhappy because he never plays, i offer a new contract as soon as my ass man alerts me, and then he stays happy for one year lol.
Messi disliked a player he had been tutoring OMG. new contract for Messi, happy again, still have both players and play very well when they're both on the field.
cant remember who it was but one of my players disliked my ass man, offered new contract, accept, happy again lol
Aguero unhappy due to lack of disciplie, new contract, accepted, happy again.
well at least it's a positive bug in FM

or maybe its reality, as time goes on players seem to be more cared about money IRL
