Or you can code the whole thing in flash, make it into a flash template and it could work easily. The design looks fantastic and very original. I think the whole urban theme was captured very well. I would just change the background to something more manageble, otherwise it is great.

the page is stunning. and yes, doing it all css is pretty simple to do. just use an image map for the buttons.
