On the top bar the smaller line of text has become numbers instead of words. For example, on a player profile there are numbers instead of his position etc, and on a club screen there are numbers where it should tell you the club's position in the league.

Does anyone know why this has happened and how to fix it because it's really annoying. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and that failed.

Options -> Preferences -> Display & Sound

Untick the "Show Unique IDs" option
