Does anyone have any idea what the requirements are to have a new stadium built ?

I'm playing as Leeds and the expansion capacity in the database is 55,000. My stadium has been expanded beyond this to about 61,000 now, presumably due to my success. It was blocked one year by the council but the following year it was upgraded. I only tend to get 3,000 seats each time it is expanded now though.

Will I ever get a new stadium or will it just keep getting small incremental increases ?

I think eventually you'll get a new stadium, but only when it comes to a point where you can't even have small increases in the size, and obviously when you have enough money to pay for it.
