A guy on another forum I frequent has these graphics which look better than anything I've found so far.

Does anyone know where I can find this particular set as the person who downloaded them can't remember.

If you're talking about the skin, its the default one
The stadium backgrounds can be downloaded (there's a thread on this in the same forum if I'm not wrong).
