Ive found these instructions on the forum telling me how to get facepacks onto my game;

1. Download the facepack to anywhere on your PC (desktop is easiest)

2. Open the downloaded file in WinRar
If you don't have WinRar, download a copy and install

3. In WinRar extract the files to :
CDocuments and Settings\your user name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics

If you don't have a graphics folder just create one


In FM2008:

Options > Preferences > Display and Sound

Use skin cache - Untick
Always reload skin on confirm - tick

i follow these and it doesnt work...can anyone help?

Did you make another folders called Picture then Players inside each other?

so it would read:

CDocuments and Settings\your user name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics/Pictures/Players
