Chill out, guys, this isn't CSPAN or the UN.

I'm sure someone can make some edits so the Asian championships can attain a level not quite to par with the European ones but I've seen a few very nice regens coming out of Asia, so maybe in 20 - 30 years down the line we can have a respectable competition there to play with.

Although I completely agree with Eshkia, I do think that we should stop this discussion in which turkish people have to defend their country against horrible shortsighted allegations. Come on, if you have problems with Turkey, spray them on a wall, tell a Turk why you think his country should not be a member of the UEFA, and why countries like Kazakhstan should be. Do not hide behind your desktop, spreading your hatefull message throughout the world of football manager, and this all because of a person who would like to implement a Chinese team in the European trophies? Musint, the guy who started this thread is not even participating anymore. And you know what, maybe the only reason why Turkey will never be an European country is not because the turks are not European or the turks not liking the Europeans (sure we stab English people on a daily basis in Turkey, thats why they return every single year to our coastal areas to enjoy their well deserved vacation) but probably because Europeans do not think that Turkey is Europe at all. In this discussion I have named several alternatives like Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. If Anatolia is not European, I do wonder how in the world Azerbaijan, lying far more to the east, and even Kazakhstan, can be European countries that are entitled to the UEFA cups.

Simple put China in europe in the editor, and a "small" country, e.g. montenegro into Asia.

Countrys like Turkey, Israel, Kazakstan and the like were in Europe because of religious reasons for instance to stop them playing Iran, Palestine and other Muslim countries. Or so I thought otherwise there seems no reason for them to be in europe as geographically they are classed as Asia.

afcbournemouth, my friend, do you know where istanbul or edirne or tekirdağ or kırklareli are? those cities are in TRAKYA (the european part of Türkiye) . and Trakya is the part of europe if you look at the map. but if you dont want let me show you if you look at the link below:

anyway i am a person who doesn't want to be a member of EC because of your this interesting frustrations. but we should be discerning because living with the afraid of OTTOMAN (Osmanlı) should not be easy for thousands of years by your fathers. but dont afraid from us. we are not barbars to kind people except some in this forum..
