Is there anyway to keep the default database when you download the 7.0.1 update, when starting a new game it says original but it's not it's the exact same as the update. Any help?

I want to know if there is a way to download the 7.0.1 update and keep the default database.

The game automatically keeps the original database as well and when you start anew game... you get to choose which database to use.
