Default what attribute tells you how fast a player will develop?
Like Toni Kroos. he develops so quickly that his Current Ability (CA) explodes in just one season. Yet there are other young players i have with a much high Potential Ability (PA) that is not developing so quickly. So what attribute is it?

Most important one is work rate I think.

But it depends more on how many games they are playing. The more games they play, the faster they will develop.

I think it's a combination of things. Training schedules and the quality of coaching and training facilities obviously as well as how much and at what level they are playing. As for attributes I always saw it as being professionalism (which is a hidden stat) and determination which counted most.

All the training stuff definitely helps but playing games is more important then training.
