Default Mid-Season Coaching change
I know that drastically changing your tactics suddenly unsettles the team, so it seems reasonable to wonder whether changing my coaches part way through the season is going to be a disaster or not.

Can i just bring in better coaches and get improved results from training, or will the mid-season change cause chaos?

I haven't ever seen change of coaches unsettle a team so the answer's no.
