Hi guys, this worked as a treat for me.

In media interaction say i just want a good performance

in pre match interaction, dont say anything to the team, just say i have faith to players with low morale(less than good)

in half time say we can win.

Also need to have your tactics in place of course...

Not very realistic is it to not say anything in the pre match build up? See whre I'm going here?

Best thing ever I found though was to leave all the talks to the Assistant as the game is a bit flawed in this deperatment imo and need a lot of work done.

Nah not very realistic...but you can look at it this way...if with your media comments you have relaxed them you won't want to stir up anything :p

Only problem is I for some reason have not been able to get the ass man do a good job with talks...i would love to...i am not playing the game to do team talks but to design tactics nad counteract them
