I generally keep all my team passing the same way, short. If I have a low ability team I set the defenders on mixed passing.
I try to keep the AM mentaility the same as the players around him so he can be an effective link man. If you look at the passing on my 442 and 4312 tactics you will see this method in action. The 442 I actually used on Forest to get them in the
prem and might be worth a look.
Its a good club to experiment ideas with I have found, and I suggest getting the most out of the better players - Natham Tyson can go onto pretty good things but you will want to restructure for the
prem when you get there.
