I a playing with spurs, have bought in a few new coaches and auto assigned them, kept with your standard training schedule and none of my players attributes ever go up or down... even when they are injured!

I really dont understand this but itsreally annoying me cause my yough arent getting any better...ever!

Either thator theres a way you can turn off/on the arrors next the the attributes to see how they are doing.

Si its perfectly normal for none of your player to fluctuate in a season!

Not even the youth players getting better or the casualties getting worse stats when theyareinjured for along time?

I mean none of my players have got better or worse any of the time, not my youth, reserves or first team.
