I know how I want to play, but not how to set it up

I've started a new game with Sporting CP and trying to find a good formation.

I have a vision how I want the team to play, but I'm not sure how to get there.
What I want is this:
*Two small quick technical strikers always terrorizing the opponents defenders and ready to slip through on either through balls, or passes to their feet and they dribble past their marker.
*The midfield is obviously important as those players will supply the killer passes I'm looking for. Right now I have Moutinho and Viana who are great passers. But which setting should they have? I want them to pass the ball around until they can hit a killer pass forward.

I'm also not sure which formation I should use, but maybe a 4-1-3-2 would be the best.

Suggestions anyone?

I would play the whole team other than GK on 'try through balls often' if you have super quick strikers. You could play your strikers as target men and give them 'to feet' as their supply setting if that's how you want them to be picked out - I'd maybe give the physically stronger one hold up ball also to get more players involved.

For the midfield I'd play the 2 centre midfielders on mixed passing and around 15-16 creative freedom, so if they spot something promising, they will try it. Wingers I'm not too sure what would best suit, crosses often might be wasted if you only have 2 small strikers in the box so yeah maybe go for a more narrow formation and focus passing through the middle like in a 4-1-3-2 as you suggested. A short slow passing game could be pretty effective at keeping possession being a strong team in your division and a formation with alot of close players.

ive designed a 4-1-3-2 tactic based on the chelsea tactic if you want it.
