I've got three telling away games coming up that are bound to test the metal of this tactic?, so far it has been by and large the BEST i have come across on FM07.

I dont expect to keep on winning or keeping clean sheets the way i have been, but if the performances are still strong, then what more can i ask?.

I'm just hoping its not one of those the AI eventually picks up on and starts to tear to shreds?.(fingers crossed)

Well, i suppose i had it coming

The tactic is still showing 12 W 3 D 2L, but i got mauled 4-1 by Arsenal and then 3-0 by Chelsea!.

The only real difference i could see was that Arsenal and Chelsea just shoot from anywhere and then pick up the scraps from what bounces off the keeper. That and the fact that i have to watch my better players lob the ball in the air under absolutely no pressure!.

In both games i had more possesion in the final third, but as usual in these types of games, Chelsea and Arsenal made all their last ditch tackles and interceptions, before whacking the ball upfield to one or other striker, who then takes on your whole back four TWICE, before cooly slotting home from 30 yards!.

I'm going to keep going, as the tactic only seems to falter away to the big four(or has done so far).

Well i finished off the season and these are the stats after playing 28 games with this tactic!.

Won 17 Drew 7 Lost 4 Goals For 44 Goals Against 26

Remember thats with West Ham in the first season and a lot of that time i was without either Tevez and Ashton through injury(often both).

I would have to give this tactic the big thumbs up and i'll be starting a new game using this tactic from the start!. :thup:

Whoever said getting watford into europe is nothing special are having a joke - they finished with 20-odd points IRL and finished bottom so to get them into europe you would have to double, maybe triple their RL tally.
