You only need 1 coach to get 5 stars, they just have to have the 5 star ability and ONLY training that one area.
You only have 7 coaches and there are 9 areas.

Stanciu - Tactics
Victor Ene - Strength
Daniel Mot - Aerobic
Neascus - Ball Control
Nitu - Goalkeeper
Florin Rosca and Catalin Rotaru should be fired as you already have better staff in the areas they can use. Also, you should turn either Ene or Stanciu into a regular coach instead of a AssMan.
This leaves, Defending, Attacking, Shooting and Set Pieces. Find coaches who will get 4 or 5 stars and hire them. If you cannot have enough coaches, then turn BOTH assistant managers into coaches, then hire someone who fits the 4/5 stars as a AssMan, then once he joins offer him a Coach job, then get another AssMan, then turn into a coach, until you have the person left, you only need to sign him as an AssMan.
