Hello! I'd just designed new tactics, and I want to share them with you.I begun a career with National (Romania) and since I'm playing with them I am unbeatable.Steaua,Dinamo or Rapid became easy teams for me.I'd made them in colaboration with Rusu Andrei(great tactician,won CL with his Napoli).He had used them and enjoyed succes with his Betis.I ensure it's really good.
My tactic contains 3 tactics. First the home one-National, second Betis (away) and the third BetisB (defensive).
-National-this tactic is a home one.Attacking style,high d-line… I use push up d-line, because by this way my FB and DC get involved in attack.As you see all AI teams play often very defensive, if you manage a class team every second game you’ll find a bus against you.
-Betis-away tactic.As you guess it’s more defensive tactic,counter-attacking(but not very defensive).I’m not playing direct passing.I’ll tell you why.Direct passing means that your DC,FB,MC through direct balls.But most DC and FB have poor passing attribute( I’m not talking about players of world class like Chivu or A.Cole) and I lose many balls. Also I play quick tempo, because AI use a high closing down at home.
-BetisB.You’ll need this tactic when you win,after 75 minute. AI often switch to 4-2-4 or attacking 4-4-2.I’ll not upload it, because it’s based on Betis. You need only to set your d-line to 8, forward runs for FB rarely and time wasting 15.I think you understand why.
Ad libitum my individual instructions are the same for all tactics.

As my friend said we came across a very solid framework.

I say very solid because you don't have to change mentality for your players when playing away,basicly you only make slight changes.

I worked at this tactic for a long time with the ideea that if you constantly change tactics your team won't progress,it will only confuse your players.

We tried this tactic with a good team Betis Sevilla and with a weaker one National from Romania and we had good if not spectacular results.

In my second season I was second in Primera Division buying only one player.

I will post a screenshot.

Also I will post the tactics,they will be slightly changed because I bought Luis Garcia and i use him as a playmaker,but other than that i didn't change anything.

Great tactic,friend.I'd try it with Man UTD and with no problem I won the Supercup of Europe and crushed Liverpool away.I hope after ten games my team will even better.

Mate, I think this tactic has a great potential. I saw some unbelievable scores like a 8-0 win, but somehow I tend to lose often also.

Thank you acould you tell me how often and what are the reasons for your lose(low possession,passing...) to help me improve this tactic.

I'm not quite sure why at this moment. It seems like this tactic completely crushes the opponents when it "clicks," but can lose close games.
