ive tried flat 4-4-2 loads of times and it used to work on the older games e.g championship manager 01/02, but unless you got quality players it doesnt seem to have a good effect in this 1

I agree with Newky, I had the same problem with Nott Forest in the championship between xmas and March because the weather is always worse during these months.

I changed to playing more directly during these months and got promoted the next season and finished 4th in the prem and qualified for the Champ League within 2 years.
