in a 4-3-2-1 Christmas tree formation, please?

I used to use wwfan's instructions on FM07, and still do to an extent, but now I have decided to try this formation out as I have had success with it previously, and his counter doesn't seem to work with my fairly narrow formation. Any ideas welcome.

best bet for me is to sit wih a deep defensive line and a defensive mentality,direct passing, closing down in on half, with a lone striker closing down high, but also put a few of your players on attacking mentality, with farrows rather than forward runs so they track back when they dont ahve the ball, at least 1 dm and and target man enabled try a 451 or a 4411
