I've run into an unexpected problem. Assistant Manager Carlos Queiroz won't accept my new contract offer, his current one runs out in 10 days. He wants £26,500 Per week. But my board will allow me to offer him wages up to £25,000 per week. I've tried change my wage budget. Up to £2,023,062 per week. But my maximum offer is still the original £26,500 .. What on earth can i do ?? I'm desperate to keep him!

maybe he just want to be a manager somewhere, or doesn't want to work under an unproven manager...

It's not the beginning of the game, I'm currently starting up season 2010 / 2011 Season. I don't think theres been any indication of him wanting to coach somewhere.

Queiroz almost always leaves Manchester United. He rejected all my offers as well.
