Naturally Rooney for Baxter, since they both came from Everton and are apparently similar players...

Just make sure Rooney doesn't get jealous of Baxters silky skills!

You could check who your coaches recommended. Look at the coach report and under 'training' often is a recommendation.

Most of the time at Arsenal ( I know probably wrong club for you ), my coaches are recommending good tutors. And because Man Utd has similar class of coaches it should work for you as well.

You could also look at the PPM's your senior players have and which ones suit your young players. Saivet is a fast striker, so PPM's like beating offside trap would suit him. Guess that you don't have Owen to teach him though....
