If you're a big club he'll sign for you if you offer him a decent role like "backup" or more if you can.

im trying to buy jose baxter aswell gt the same problem plus i offered him a backup role and he still ddnt sign

offer them higher wages than they're asking for also jose baxter is extremely hard to get 1st season due to his intense love for the club

Matias Fernandez is great in the centre of midfield pushing on. If you want Saivet, just wait till he's 18 and then sign him as he will of already signed the contract and won't sign another one.

You've got Rooney, Tevez & Saha. Thats more than enough. They'll get you plenty of goals.
