You can easily improve that squad.

Firstly, where the hell is Petr Cech??? Dont tell me you've sold probably the best and most consistent player at the club??!

Anyway, out of that, I'd say get rid of Carvalho and get Zapata and/or Barzagli. Get rid of Mikel (too slow) and get either Mascherano on a free, Sunny or Lucas. For MC, Ballack can leave as he's getting on now. Or keep him and get some youngster in to groom. Javi Martinez & Ever Banega are two great CM's. Else just get Lucas or Veloso and they'll play there for you. If you can get Iniesta, nothing like it (doubt if Arsenal will give you Cesc for even 100M!). And Crespo can go obviously. I wont recommend a striker as there are too darned many of them. Where's Drogba btw??
