I am just about to start my third season (having won the last two with Man Utd).

My team is as follows.

Rooney Owen/Tevez


Marcelo Lulinha/Aguero Carrick Ronaldo


Evra Ferdinand Vidic Alves


Ustari/Enyeama

I now have 71M in the bank to spend on players in this transfer window. I bought Agureo last season for 23M and am very dissapointed with him. I think i will need a long term replacement for Ferdinand as he is 31 now and only probably got 2-3 years of top flight footy left.

I was thinking about buying another top class youngish CB. Any reccomendations? Or any other absolute quality players that have been tried and tested by other gamers?

Would love some feedback on who to purchase and what you thing of my team so far.

CB: If you want someone English then nobody better than Micah Richards. Else, go for Cristian Zapata. As good as Barzagli in a year or so.

ML/AML: Get Silva. Nobody better here than him on the game. MUCH better than Marcelo.

LB: Evra is good but Chiellini is better. And for the future, Armand Traore turns out fb!

And you're disappointed with Aguero because you're playing him as AMC. He's so much better as a striker. Play him upfront with Rooney or whoever and you can rest assured that he'll score in almost every game. Amazing player.

I am looking to buy silva right now, he's worth 25M. Ive just offered 35M. I have a feeling they wont accept but i will try and bargin with them.

As for Aguero. I did try him as a striker with rooney, and then owen, but he didnt score in 8 games and only one assist. Ill give him another try as a striker, i really hope he produces the goods!
