If you have money to burn there is noone better than him in the game except maybe Messi or C.Ronaldo who you have so I'd say yes.

He's a great player, but Marcelo is young and great on the left wing. I would say buy Matias Fernandez instead (10-18M) since he performs very well and much cheaper than Silva. This way you can strengthen other areas in your team.
