I have a jock assman at Aberdeen. Maybe he lies to me because I am a yank? But he's been on that the team needs strengthening to achieve a safe position in the 1st division, and we won it. I have to conclude he has no idea what he's talking about. I think he needs strengthening if he wants to maintain a safe position in my backroom staff

I have no grudges on my Mozambiquese AssMan. He's proven to be quite spot on in his assessments, though I'm a cautious man and don't have blind faith in him.

Nah. He was on the team as a player from the beginning, though already aged 40

After two seasons in which he played superbly when needed he just realised he couldn't cut it anymore and got his coaching badges. I must add that he even has some nice coaching stats :eek:

I have one better from a FM05 game a while ago. Similar situation, 35 year old player with one of the highest average ratings in the team. I ask for an evaluation and the Assman says he is no longer of any use. The twist? He was a player/assman and was evaluating himself
