Default Building Northern Ireland

Managing in Northern Ireland "the league's with no money" , i'm going to take over Brantwood in the Northern Irish second division, my aim is to make my Brantwood squad the best in Northern Ireland and be that good that they boost the league financially and in quality, mainly that my rejects are good enough for the premiership of Northern Ireland.

The Goals Are:-
Make Northern Ireland ranked top nation in the world.
Make Northern Ireland ranked top club in europe (co-eff).
Win the champions league with Brantwood.
Win the world club championships with Brantwood.

Mainly the idea is to boost the class in Northern Ireland by my team by so good, it boost the talent by my class (money).

So here it comes the building of Northern Ireland.

Normal Database, All Northern Ireland Leagues Running.
The start of my LLaMa career with Brantwood, in Northern Ireland Second Division.

2005 - 2006 Season

Club- Brantwood

Finances: £3k
Transfer Budget: £0k
Wage Budget: £1,800 per Week.
Promotion Odds: 2000 - 1 (Might be worth a quid)
Northern Ireland Europe Coefficients: 2.165 (45th Place)
Northern Ireland World Ranking: 115th (440 Points)

Belfast Telegraph Intermediate Cup - Finished 2nd in Group 4
Steel & Sons Cup Final - Winners 3 - 0 Against Ballymena United Reserves
County Antrim Shield - Winners 2 - 0 Against Ards
IFL Intermediate Second Division - 1st (Winners) Played 20 Won 15 Drew 2 Lost 3 For 51 Ag 18 Gd +33 Pts 47
Irish Cup Final - Winners 4 - 0 Against Glentoran

Average Attendance - 281
Players Bought - 11 (£0)
Players Sold - 4 (£0)

Season Summary - Basically an awesome season, after a bumbpy start everything we touched started turning to gold, my strikers had the midas touch, bagging 65 goals between them, ive noticed in Northern Ireland its not so much players as most of them are poor, its the tactics, anyways with a win the Irish Cup Final, means we've somehow snook into the UEFA Cup, so here comes the beginning of the rebuilding of the N.Ireland leagues. Still financially we are looking shaky, and my board seem to be A Class, A-holes aswell. Signed a new 2 year conrtact, so hopefully we'll be in the premerpship by that time. A lack of coaches has meant my players are decreasing we have two coaches and dont look to be getting many more.

2006 - 2007 Season

Club - Brantwood

Finances: £-61k
Transfer Budget: £0k
Wage Budget: £2,400 per Week
Promotion Odds: 8 - 1
Northern Ireland Europe Coefficients: 3.165 (42nd Place)
Northern Ireland World Ranking: 111th (435 Points)

UEFA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round - Lost 4 - 1 (aggregate) Against Austria Wien
Belfast Telegraph Intermidiate Cup - Winners 5 - 0 Against Crusaders
Steel & Sons Cup - Winners 2 - 0 Against PSNI
County Antrim Shield - Lost 1 - 0 In The Semi Final Against Glentoran
Northern Irish League First Division - 1st (Winners) Played 22 Won 20 Drew 0 Lost 2 For 73 Ag 11 Gd +62 Pts 60
Irish Cup Final - Runners Up, Lost 4 - 3 (aet) Against Linfield
Setana Cup - Winners 1 - 0 Against Shelbourne

Average Attendance - 630
Players Bought - 11 (£0)
Players Sold - 9 (£0)

Season Summary - With good odds for promotion i fancied our chances and in the league we didn't fail to deliver dominating the league with our possesion football, winning it with 5 games to spare. Uefa Cup saw us creep just into the second leg of qualifying with a lucrative round at Austria Wien, where we picked up 500k to make us financially stable, some good victories in the cup has secured our status as one of the powers of Norther Ireland, maybe even as high as 2nd behind Linfield, i think our next biggest step is investing in Youth Academy and turning professional, more money through the all ireland cup helped us aswell , where we snuck past Shelbourne which was always good. With average attendance doubling things our really looking up for Brantwood. Northern Ireland both rised in Co-effcients and World ranking which was really good aswell , so on a whole a really good year for Brantwood and Norther Irish football. European football again we lost to Linfield in the Irish Cup but they won the league and go into the Champs league instead, so hopefully we can get some more finance from that.

2007 - 2008 Season

Club - Brantwood

Financies: £1,142,831

Wage Budget: £4,400
League Champions Odds: 80 - 1
Northern Ireland Europe Coefficients: 3.499 (41st Place)
Northern Ireland World Ranking: 80th (521 Points)
Brantwood European Coefficients: 1.264 (349th Place)

UEFA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round - Lost 2 - 1 (aggregate) Against Metalurg Donetsk
Carnegie League Cup - Winners 2 - 1 (aet) Against Linfield
County Antrim Shield - Winners 1 - 0 Against Cliftonville
Carnegie Premier League - 1st (winners) Pld 30 Won 25 Drn 3 Lst 2 For 81 Ag 9 GD +72 Pts 78
Nationwide Irish Cup Final - Runners Up, Lost 2 - 1 (aet) Against Linfield
Setana Cup - Winners 5 - 1 Against Glentoran

Average Attendance 609
Players Bought - 34 (£48K)
Players Sold - 10 (£110k)

Season Summary - another good season for us domestically, winning league just by 3 points chasing linfield all the way, but they lost to me , then glentoran and it handed us the title, Europe-wise wasn't too good crashing out to Donesk when we dominated both games but some how lost, Linfield still remain the super power of ireland, id say there team is better but mine is more consistant, but with them being full time professionals it gives them the edge, not many players wan't to sign for part timers (good players) so its mostly youth being brought in but we sold our first team keeper to linfield for 100k, funds are looking good, but the board won't expand the stadium or improve training facilities. Average attendance was marginally lower which wasnt too good, but Northern Ireland moved forward in World Ranking which is a good sign my players was getting call ups aswell so that was good, Norther Ireland co-efficients isnt looking to good we need to improve that, just one team needs to do good to get us out that rut and hand more european places and potential money to this cash strapped leagues, here comes next season lets hope we turn proffesional but i doubt it.

Interesting goals (and by interesting I mean outrageous)

You will probably have to play several NI teams to get the coefficient up high enough to be the top ranked side in the world. I think others have tried, but not sure of their success. Maybe you could include the current coefficient and NIs position with each update.

That said, KUTGW  and see you in 2085/2086

Probaly my tactic, it suits poor league's well i started from new because of the rules but because of what was in my head from previous versions of my personal tactic, it ended up kind of like my old one but was changed to suit the team / new siginings and the poor standard of football.

Im pretty confident i can do it with just Brantwood by makeing them amazing well hopefully i can, but first things first i need to make it past the qualifying stages of the Champs League or the Uefa Cup to even stand a chance, and turn proffesional at least before i think of that, there long term goals, i need to think short term atm, but thanx and expect updates on this thread

I must admit the thought did cross my mind but I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt for now...I don't really know how hard the Northern Irish leagues are. I think I'll wait to see how the next couple of seasons go, particulaly in Europe before I start throwing accusations around.
