I read about all these managers buy 10 players and hire 15 coaches?
I wonder where is the money? I think that is difficult to manager, your wage budget.
Maybe I am wrong. I've done that once and the team was like 200k minus by Christmas

You won't see any true LLaMas hiring 15 coaches, that's for sure. We go for realism in here.

In my first season playing in Sweden I have 3 coaches, 2 scouts and 2 physios and a total wage budget of under £3k per week. I went over that signing one of the scouts and one of the coaches and the board subsequently stopped ALL future transfers in. So I now have zero wage budget allowed and zero transfer funds (not that I could use any anyway).

Present game in Div 3 Brazil I Have 1 coach 1 Phsyio and a scout. Cant even afford an Assistant.Going to do a thread on this 1 when I get 3 seasons finished..Thats if the neighbours dont send the rubber truck around with all the screaming going on here

I only have two coaches, one scout and one physio and I thought having two coaches was slightly extravagent.
I wonder what it would be like to have an ass man?
