The Game
Frank told me that I was going to be the manager of NK Pomorac, in the Croatian 2nd Division South, so I loaded my balcanic quickstart (All leagues from Croatia, Greece, Israel, Slovenia, Turquey and Serbia & Montenegro, all on full detail).

NK Pomorac – Season 2005/2006

The board expected me to fight against relegation and gave me no transfer budget, but after a quick look at the team I realised that with one or two good signings we could be gunning for promotion.

2 Players in (total 2k), a Croatian FC and a Bosnian/Croatian DC
4 Players out (total 21k)

The FC I bought scored 16 goals in 24 games, attracting the interest of many top teams, but I decided to keep him.
A loanee FC scored 14 goals and made 10 assists, being sold to NK Rijeka after that

Croatian Second Division South: 2nd placed, 3 points from the first

Croatian Cup: Won the Qualifiyng round, then defeated NK Dinamo (), but lost against a side from my division (NK Sesvete) in the 2nd round.

NK Pomorac – Season 2006/2007

This time the board turned over and wanted us to become champions. To do this I signed 10 players, including a D/M L who had all the stats needed for a good attacker, a MC who became U21 international for Croatia, and an FC with 20 for finishing, all for a total of 31k. At the winter break I sold the big star FC I bought in my first season for 2M.

10 Players in (total 31k)
6 Players out (2M)

The Second division North and south joined each other to form the Croatian Second Division.

Croatian Second Division:

| Pos | Inf | Team | Pld | Won | Drn | Lst | For | Ag | G.D. | Pts |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| 1st | C | Pomorac | 30 | 18 | 8 | 4 | 55 | 23 | +32 | 62 |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Croatian Cup: Out in the first round against Vukovar '91

NK Pomorac – Season 2007/2008

Debut in the Croatian first division, the board wanted to fight bravely against relegation, I wanted a midtable finish. Had 375k transfer budget.

12 Players in (total 350k), including two foreign DCs and a Croatian FC.
9 Players out (total 39k)

Croatian First Division: Had a great first half of the season, hanging around the 4th place, but had the bad luck of being on a bad run (8th place), when the league ssplit up, so the highest place i could get was 7th. Finished the season with more points than the 5th, but became 7th.

| Pos | Inf | Team | Pld | Won | Drn | Lst | For | Ag | G.D. | Pts |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| 7th | - | Pomorac | 32 | 12 | 11 | 9 | 58 | 41 | +17 | 47 |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Croatian Cup: Out in the Quarter-Final, on penalties, against my “black beast” Medjimurje.

Sorry about any spelling mistakes, as English is only my 3rd language

Turquey sounds vaguely Fawlty Towers. I like it

12 teams.

It has a very nice rule: the teams play each other twice. After that the league splits up into 2 groups of 6 (first 6 and last 6). The teams in this groups play each other twice again, so it can happen that the 7th has more points than the 3rd or the 4rd, for example.

and BTW, the last placed team is directly relegated, and the 11th plays a playoff match against the 2nd placed of the 2nd division

Thanks
Kind of the SPL leaguewise, only they play eachother once after the split.
