My save game got corrupted, so I won't be updating this anymore 
There should be some sort of "Safe Save", for example, the game saves to a different file, and then overwrites the original save game, or something like that.

If you have rolling saves on, there should be another two saves, a few weeks behind where the last save was.

I had it on, but by some reason it was turned off some game seasons ago. No idea why...
